HISD has developed a number of tools and resources to help teachers and appraisers make the most of the appraisal and development system. 

Technology Tools
 
Using this tool, teachers and appraisers can create, review, and maintain individualized development plans, feedback documents, and conference forms. Teachers and appraisers can access Frequently Asked Questions about the tool here
 
Student Performance Tool (log-in required)
Using this tool, teachers and appraisers can manage the Student Performance component of the appraisal and development cycle, including viewing and assigning performance measures; monitoring students’ starting points, goals, and progress; and finalizing teacher performance levels.
