HISD has developed a number of tools and resources to help teachers and appraisers make the most of the appraisal and development system.

Using this tool, teachers and appraisers can manage the Student Performance component of the appraisal and development cycle, including viewing and assigning performance measures; monitoring students’ starting points, goals, and progress; and finalizing teacher performance levels.
